AIBE Challenge Hearing: Study Needed to Determine How Many Lawyers Country Require, Observes Supreme Court

The Supreme Court has started hearing a batch of petitions challenging the validity of the All-India Bar Examination. The Supreme Court’s Constitution Bench will also consider the issue of fairly remunerating junior advocates.  Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Sanjiv Khanna, A.S. Oka, Vikram Nath, and J.K.
