In an important update for law aspirants, the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XIX has been rescheduled. Initially planned for an earlier date, the examination will now take place on December 22, 2024. The Bar Council of India (BCI) announced the revised schedule to accommodate administrative requirements.
The revised schedule includes the following key dates:
- Online Registration Start Date: September 3, 2024
- Payment through Online Mode Starts: September 3, 2024
- Online Registration Closing Date: November 15, 2024
- Last Date for Online Payments: November 18, 2024
- Last Date for Corrections in Registration Form: November 22, 2024
- Admit Card Release: December 15, 2024
- Examination Date: December 22, 2024
Candidates are reminded that the passing percentage is set at 45% for General/OBC candidates and 40% for SC/ST and Disabled candidates.
