Calcutta HC refuses to Direct CBI probe in West Bengal Government’s Disinvestment in Metro Dairy

On Monday, the Calcutta High Court refused to initiate a CBI probe into the alleged Metro Dairy scam after opining that the court’s interference is not needed as the State did not adopt any opaque or non-transparent sale of shares.
