Person not in charge of a business can’t be held liable for the violation of the Contract Labour Abolition Act: Jharkhand HC

Recently, the Jharkhand High Court noted that [erusal of Section 25 of Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act of 1970 indicates that every person who is in charge of and responsible to the company for the conduct of business at the time of the commission of a crime will be deemed guilty of the offence.
