It is unfortunate that the two highest constitutional functionaries of Maharashtra do not trust each other: Bombay HC

On Monday, the Bombay High Court expressed displeasure at two of the highest constitutional functionaries in Maharashtra, Governor Bhagat Singh Kkoshyari and CM Uddhav Thackeray, don’t trust each other. The Bench of Chief Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice MM Karnik made this remark in relation to the Governor’s inaction on the nomination of 12 members
