During the hearing of a criminal appeal filed by a priest accused of sexual assault on a minor, the Kerala High Court expressed concern and displeasure on the sorry state of women who are abandoned by their husbands. The Court also questioned which god will accept offerings of a priest accused of such heinous crimes.
