Supreme Court Condemns Practice of Filing Review Petition After Retirement of Judges

The Apex Court has disapproved of the practice of delaying filing review petitions after waiting for judges to retire. As per the Bench, such practice should be firmly disapproved to preserve the Court’s institutional sanctity of decision making.
