The Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow, under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign, planted various saplings in its premises on 12.07.2026, to promote environmental sustainability.
The essence of this drive is a symbolic gesture planting a tree in the name of one’s mother. This simple act serves a dual purpose: honoring the role of mothers in nurturing life and contributing to the health of the planet.
The Hon’ble Senior Judge, High Court, Lucknow Hon’ble Mr. Justice Rajan Roy, and other Hon’ble Judges, along with the Learned Senior Registrar, officers of the Registry, the Employees, Advocates and the other esteemed members participated in the event and planted various saplings including aromatic flowering plants.
