Private Schools Allowed to Collect Development Fees and Annual charges During the lockdown: Delhi HC

On Monday, the Delhi High Court quashed two orders 18 and 28 August 2020 issued by Delhi Government that restrained private schools from collecting Development Fees and Annual Charges from students due to the pandemic. Hon’ble Justice Jayant Nath ruled that the said orders were prejudicial to the said schools and would restrict their functioning.
