Allahabad HC Orders Major Reshuffle of District Judges Across 39 Districts

The Allahabad High Court administration has ordered a large-scale transfer of District Judges (DJs) across Uttar Pradesh, reshuffling senior judicial officers in 39 districts. The transfers include two Principal Secretaries in the Law Department, the Member Secretary of the State Legal Services Authority, the Senior Registrar of the Lucknow Bench, as well as several Presiding Officers of Motor Accident Claims Tribunals (MACT) and Principal Judges of Family Courts.

According to the notification issued by Registrar General Manjeet Singh Sheoran, Pratapgarh District Judge Satyaprakash Tripathi has been posted as the District Judge of Prayagraj, while Prayagraj Principal Family Court Judge Dr. Balamukund has been appointed District Judge of Mau.

Alpana, Presiding Officer, MACT Bijnor has been appointed District Judge, Banda. Ajay Kumar Srivastava (III), Chairman Member, Administrative Tribunal UP (Lucknow) will now serve as District Judge, Siddharthnagar.
