The Supreme Court Collegium, in meetings held on August 25 and August 26, 2025, has recommended the transfer and repatriation of 14 judges across various High Courts. The recommendations involve the transfer of twelve judges and the repatriation of two judges back to their parent High Courts.
The recommendations will now be forwarded to the Central Government for its consideration and the subsequent issuance of official notifications.
