Centre Appoints Three New Judges to Delhi and Uttarakhand High Courts

In a significant move to strengthen the judiciary, the Central Government has announced the appointment of three High Court judges. Advocate Ajay Digpaul and Advocate Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar have been appointed as judges of the Delhi High Court. Both attorneys come with considerable legal acumen and years of experience in litigation and legal advisories.

Additionally, Ashish Naithani, who has served as a Judicial Officer, has been appointed as a judge of the Uttarakhand High Court. This decision is seen as part of the ongoing efforts to address the backlog of cases and enhance the efficiency of the judicial process in the region.

These appointments are expected to bring fresh perspectives to the benches and help in the expeditious resolution of pending cases, thereby strengthening the judicial system.
