The Delhi High Court has officially released its calendar for the year 2025, detailing the holidays and court schedules for both the High Court and subordinate courts. This announcement provides clarity on working and non-working days, including local holidays, festival breaks, and vacation periods.

Key Highlights:

– Holidays Common to All Courts: Celebrated holidays like Republic Day (January 26), Holi (March 14), Good Friday (April 18), Independence Day (August 15), and Christmas (December 25) will be observed by both the High Court and subordinate courts.

– Exclusive Holidays for the High Court: Local holidays such as January 3 and 4, April 19, and October 18 are reserved exclusively for the High Court.

  – The High Court will observe summer vacation from June 2 to June 30 and winter vacation from December 29 to December 31.

  – Subordinate courts will have summer vacation from June 16 to June 30 and winter vacation from December 27 to December 31.
