Supreme Court to Review Lawyer Enrollment Eligibility for Correspondence Degree Holders

The Supreme Court has agreed to examine the validity of denying bar enrollment to individuals who have obtained their graduation through correspondence courses. This decision comes in light of an appeal by STS Gladies against a Telangana High Court order which denied her enrollment as an advocate due to her correspondence-based degree. Justice Vikram Nath
