The Kerala High Court, presided by Justice A. Badharudeen, recently dismissed a petition filed by Satheeshkumar B.R. (aged 48), seeking to quash the final report in a criminal case against him. The case, Crl.M.C. No. 5999 of 2024, arose from Crime No. 1106/2023 of Edakkara Police Station, and has been registered as C.C. No. 2092/2023
