Historic and Landmark Step Taken by Hon’ble Chief Justice High Court Chhattisgarh Shri Justice Ramesh Sinha for the Welfare of Judicial Staff

September 5, 2024: In a historic move, more than 300 judicial employees were promoted by the High Court of Chhattisgarh under the active guidance and direction of Hon’ble Shri Justice Ramesh Sinha, Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh.

The promotion includes the advancement of 11 Deputy Clerks of Court to the position of Administrative Officer within the district courts. Additionally, it encompasses a long-awaited promotion of stenographers since 2006. A total of 168 stenographers have been promoted to Stenographer Grade I, 98 stenographers have advanced to Stenographer Grade II, and 23 typists have been promoted to Stenographer positions.

This initiative adds a significant chapter to the series of efforts aimed at enhancing work conditions and personnel growth within the judiciary.
