If The Deceased Was Holding A Permanent Job, 30% Addition To The Actual Salary Is To Be Made When The Age Of The Deceased Is Between 40 To 50 Years: Supreme Court

In a significant ruling, the Supreme Court of India held that if the deceased was holding a permanent job, a 30% addition to the actual salary must be made when the age of the deceased is between 40 to 50 years. The judgment was delivered by a bench comprising Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice C.T.
