Delhi HC Stays Circular Requiring Pvt Schools to Get DoE Approval Before Fee Hike

On 29th April 2024, the Delhi High Court intervened in a contentious issue concerning private unaided schools in the national capital.  The court, in response to a petition filed by the Action Committee Unaided Recognized Private Schools, has stayed the implementation of a circular issued by the Directorate of Education (DoE) of the Delhi Government.
