Kerala Magistrate Transferred Following Harassment Allegations Against CJM

In a significant development within the Kerala judicial system, Magistrate Tiara Rose Mary has been transferred from her position after raising allegations of harassment against Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Viveeja Sethumohan.

The transfer order, issued on March 5, relocates Magistrate Rose Mary from her role as Judicial Magistrate of the First Class – II in Kottayam to Additional Munsiff in the same district.

The move comes after Magistrate Rose Mary reached out to the Kerala High Court Registrar (District Judiciary) on February 29, detailing her experiences of continuous harassment by CJM Sethumohan. This complaint prompted administrative changes within the Kottayam judiciary.
