Recently, the Allahabad HC ruled that mere external examination is not sufficient proof to hold a person guilty of consuming alcohol and it cannot be concluded that he was in intoxicated condition. The bench of Justices Saumitra Dayal Singh and Anish Kumar Gupta was dealing with the petition challenging the order passed by the U.P.
