In December 2022, the Crime Branch of Delhi Police arrested T. V. Radhakrishnan, a former secretary of Nanda, along with other accused persons after a complaint from Nanda alleging that these accused persons had cheated him.  There were grave allegations against the Accused persons of a criminal conspiracy to fraudulently transfer Nanda’s property worth hundreds
