Recently, the Punjab and Haryana High Court ruled that the accused with multiple FIRs is not eligible for bail under Section 37 NDPS Act. The bench of Justice Jasjit Singh Bedi was dealing with the petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 21(c), 22(c) and 25 of the NDPS Act.
