Cheque Bounce Case Can’t be Compounded Without Consent of Complainant: P&H HC

Recently, The Punjab and Haryana HC ruled that cheque bounce case can’t be compounded without the consent of the complainant. The bench of Justice Vikram Aggarwal was dealing with the petition challenging the order passed by the Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib, vide which the criminal revision filed by the petitioners against the order was dismissed.
