The Allahabad High Court has observed that the act of a subsequent counsel accepting a brief at the conclusion of arguments by another counsel and before the date of pronouncement of judgement casts an unsatisfactory impression on the legal profession.  The Court urged the State Bar Council and High Court Bar Association to find solutions
