During the hearing of a case filed against the new Privacy Policy of Whatsapp, Delhi High Court told the petitioner that if he thinks that Whatsapp will compromise data, he should delete the app. Hon’ble Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva stated that WhatsApp was a private app and there was no compulsion on the petitioner to join
