Supreme Court Registers Suo Motu Case Regarding Use of Unlicensed Firearms In The Country

The Supreme Court has registered a suo motu case in order to put a stop on the large number of possession/use of unlicensed firearms in the country. The Bench of Justices KM Joseph and BV Nagarathna took up the issue while dealing with a bail plea filed in a murder case. The Bench noted that
