A Division bench of ALL HC in the case of Saurabh Tiwari vs State of U.P. (PIL NO. 819 of 2020), has registered a Habeas Corpus Petition. Court has taken cognizance of a letter written by a lawyer, Sri Saurabh Tiwari, an Advocate of Varanasi, and treated the same as Petition in the nature of Habeas Corpus.
