SC Dismisses Petition Challenging Rahul Gandhi’s Election From Wayanad In 2019

The Supreme Court has dismissed a petition challenging the election of Rahul Gandhi in 2019 from the Wayanad constituency in Kerala. The Bench of Justices AS Bopanna and Dipankar Datta dismissed the plea filed by one Saritha S Nair who had moved the Supreme Court against a 2019 Kerala High Court wherein her election petitions
