[482 CrPC] Can Criminal Proceedings U/s 307 IPC be Quashed on the basis of Compromise? Answers Allahabad HC

The Allahabad High Court ruled on Thursday that the mere inclusion of Section 307 IPC in the FIR and charge-sheet would not preclude the parties from reaching an agreement to settle their differences.  Justice Subhash Vidyarthi ruled this while allowing a Petition filed under Section 482 CrPC quashing of the summoning order and entire proceedings
