[156(3) CrPC] After Passing Order Magistrate is Duty Bound to Ensure Fair Investigation, Rules Allahabad HC

The Allahabad High Court has ruled that a Magistrate can’t wash his hands off a case after passing an order u.s 156(3) CrPC and that it’s the Magistrate’s duty to make sure that the investigation is done fairly. The Bench of Justice Umesh Kumar made this observation while referring to Apex Court’s judgment in Sakiri
